本文在分析了齿轮铸件可能产生的缺陷的基础上,制定了较成熟的齿轮铸件的铸造工艺方案,并应用True BA SIC语言将其计算机程序化,形成了一个较合理、完善的铸造工艺辅助设计软件;同时应用dBASEⅢ系统建立了有关参数数据库,并能自动、快速和准确地查找有关数据;最后将设计结果传输到AutoCAD系统中进行绘图。整个设计过程都采用人机对话方式,既能利用计算机计算准确、快速的优势,又能体现设计者的灵活性。
Based on the analysis of possible defects of gear casting, this paper developed a more mature gear casting casting program, and the use of True BA SIC language computer program to form a more reasonable and complete casting process aided design Software; At the same time the application of dBASE Ⅲ system to establish a database of parameters, and can automatically, quickly and accurately find the relevant data; Finally, the design results transmitted to the AutoCAD system for drawing. The entire design process using man-machine dialogue, both the use of computers to calculate accurate and fast advantages, but also reflects the designer’s flexibility.
