随着我国计算机通信网络技术的快速发展和其在各行业的普遍使用,我国在计算机通信网络人才的人才质量上逐渐出现较大的问题,主要表现在现有计算机通信专业人才的专业素质等不高,究其原因就是由于我国现有的针对计算机通信网络人才的培养模式较为陈旧,已经不能满足现阶段我国对计算机通信网络人才的需求,因此,本文旨在分析当前我国计算机通信网络人才的培养模式中的问题,并在此基础上提出具体对策,以期为今后在计算机通信网络人才的培养上进一步创新提供一点有益借鉴。
