目的:探讨PDCA循环法在骨科运行病历质量管理中的应用与效果。方法:定期对运行病历进行检查,发现病历中存在的问题,继而使用PDCA循环法对运行病历进行干预并观察效果。结果:运用PDCA循环法后,本科室的病历质量得到了较大提升,在应用3个月后,优质病历占比能稳居80%及以上。结论:PDCA循环法是提高运行病历质量的有效方法。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of PDCA circulation method in quality management of orthopedic records. Methods: The medical records were checked on a regular basis and the problems in the medical records were found. Then PDCA circulation method was used to intervene the running medical records and observe the effect. Results: After using PDCA cycle method, the quality of medical records of undergraduate departments has been greatly improved. After three months of application, the proportion of high quality medical records can be kept at 80% and above. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle method is an effective way to improve the quality of medical records.
