社会在不断进步,住房管理也在不断完善,在住房管理中,房屋档案管理是重要的组成部分,传统的房屋档案管理已经不能适应社会的发展,需要借助计算机技术不断完善管理制度。由于互联网的发展,使得计算机技术被应用于各个领域,在房屋档案管理中采用计算机技术,能够使房屋档案管理实现向现代化的转变。但房屋档案管理中计算机的应用仍存在一定的问题,只有解决了这些问题,才能使房屋档案管理更加规范。本文主要对房屋档案管理中计算机运用的必要性进行分析,进一步对房屋安全档案系统的建设目的以及计算机在房屋档案管理中的应用进行探究,根据计算机在房屋档案管理中的问题,提出合理的解决策略。
As society progresses and housing management is constantly improving, housing archives management is an important component in housing management.
