The issue of non-trade concerns is the focus of the WTO’s multilateral negotiations on agriculture. It has a very important influence on the process of agricultural trade liberalization. It is of great significance to deeply understand the meaning of non-trade concerns and agricultural multi-functional issues, understand the positions and opinions of the major countries in the world on this issue, and study our position and countermeasures on this basis.
