马兰属菊科多年生草本植物,又称马兰头、路边菊、红梗 菜等。马兰分布较广,各地均有,生长于林缘、溪边、田间、路旁等。马兰有红梗、青梗两种,按叶的形状又分为花马兰、白马兰、毛马兰。 马兰富含维生素C、有机酸,还含蛋白质及少量脂肪和钙、铁等矿物质。维生素A的含量超过番茄,维生素C的含量超过甘橘。马兰入馔,滋味鲜美,有独特的清香,可与芥菜相媲美。马
Malan is a perennial herb of the Asteraceae family, also known as Malan head, roadside chrysanthemums, and red stems. Malan has a wide distribution and is found everywhere. It grows in forest margins, streams, fields and roadsides. Malan has two kinds of red and green stalks, and it is divided into the shape of the leaves: Hualan, Baimalan and Maolan. Malan is rich in vitamin C, organic acids, but also contains protein and a small amount of fat and calcium, iron and other minerals.
