在十二五期间,国家电网为了加快电网发展以及公司运营方式“两个转变”实现“国内一流、国际水准”的现代电力公司战略发展目标。随着近几年社会经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,电力需求逐年提高,同时社会以及人们对电力需求开始呈现出多样化的需求趋势,国家电网为了更好地为人民服务,同时实现电网发展以及管理高度集中化以及专业化发展、转变员工传统观念、提高电网建设规模并尽快的去适应社会发展以及人民需求,在人才建设评价以及规划方面做出了许多研究与探讨。今天,我们就国网人才建设评价与规划展开了研究与探讨,仅供参考。
