本文介绍了四聚丙烯和苯酚合成十二烷基酚的研究工作.通过对过程中物料的定时取样分析,确定本反应为平行—连串—可逆反应网络.从实验结果,认识到酚烯比是调整产品中双烷基酚含量酌基本手段,催化剂活性是影响反应深度的关键因素,反应温变、时间虽然能在一定程度上弥补因催化剂活性低而转化率不高之不足,但它受到产品质量及成本的限制.利用实验结果,建立了反应收率和双烷基酚含量的经验模型,并用等收率线图的形式表达了主要研究结果.
In this paper, the research work on the synthesis of dodecylphenol from tetrapolypropylene and phenol was introduced.The timing of sample analysis of the material in the process confirmed that the reaction was parallel-series-reversible reaction network.From the experimental results, Is the basic measure to adjust the content of bis-alkylphenol in the product.
