根据电涡流检测钢球表面裂纹信号较弱,干扰严重等特点,将小波分析的方法引入到钢球电涡流检测信号分析中。通过对信号的多层分解,提取各层的特征值。然后,根据其值,判断钢球表面是否有裂纹。实验结果表明:对信号进行4层小波分解后,根据信号的平均值、最大值及最小值,可以有效的判断钢球表面是否存在裂纹。
According to the characteristics of eddy current testing such as weak crack signal and serious interference on the surface of steel ball, the wavelet analysis method is introduced into the signal analysis of steel ball eddy current detection. Through the multi-level decomposition of the signal, the eigenvalues of each layer are extracted. Then, according to its value, to determine the surface of the ball cracks. The experimental results show that after the signal is decomposed by 4-layer wavelet, the existence of cracks on the surface of the steel ball can be effectively judged according to the average value, the maximum value and the minimum value of the signal.
