选派优秀党员干部深入农村任职,既是有效推行农村工作机制创新,统筹城乡发展的重要举措,也是我国政府在农村基层治理方式上的一大特色和亮点。近年来,我国诸多省市以开展党员干部驻村活动为手段,推动各项解决“三农”问题政策的实施,虽然取得了良好的效果,但也存在着一些问题,本文在深入分析河北省开展干部驻村活动的基础上,总结出当前我国干部驻村制度在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相关的完善对策。
