社会公德是全体公民在社会交往和公共生活中必须共同遵守的准则,是社会普遍公认的最基本的行为规范。社会公德,体现着一个人的道德素质,标志着一个社会的文明程度。社会公德水平的高低,直接影响着一个国家的社会秩序、社会风气、社会凝聚力。为了大力弘扬社会公德,倡导社会主义文明新风以及科学、文明、健康的生活方式,创造安定和谐的社会环境,从本期起,本刊陆续刊发有关社会公德方面的文章,以促进我区精神文明建设健康发展。
