一些基础的生理性刺激物可能仅仅引起胰岛β细胞的兴奋从而释放胰岛素。这种现象不仅和促泌素与受体之间的相互作用有关,而且还与促泌素的代谢有关。既往有许多制剂用于研究胰岛素释放,但尚无中间代谢产物能够刺激胰岛素释放的报告。本文首次报道用离体胰岛进行中间代谢产物引起胰岛素释放的实验结果。这两种中间代谢产物就是甘油醛磷酸和琥珀酸甲酯。除甘油醛磷酸外,其它糖酵解中间产物无促胰岛素分泌作用。琥珀酸甲酯或乙醇加入胰岛后均能增加细胞的通透性,有促胰岛
Some basic physiological stimuli may only cause the islet β-cell excitement to release insulin. This phenomenon is not only related to the interaction between the secretagogue and the receptor, but also to the metabolism of the secretin. There have been many formulations used to study insulin release, but no intermediate metabolites have been reported to stimulate insulin release. This paper reports for the first time the experimental results of insulin release from an isolated islet metabolite. The two intermediate metabolites are glyceraldehyde phosphate and methyl succinate. In addition to glyceraldehyde phosphate, other glycolytic intermediates did not promote insulin secretion. Methyl succinate or ethanol can increase the permeability of the cells after pancreatic islets
