一、前言多用途真空淬火(油、气、硝盐)电炉是为研制大型航空结构件用的真空热处理模拟试验装置。飞机起落架的现行工艺,零件表面易氧化、脱碳,加工量大,疲劳强度低,寿命短。特别是有些内孔清理困难,易被氧化皮堵塞。为此成立了真空热处理攻关组,以解决大型零件的真空淬火、回火工艺。二年来,我们进行了真空炉的研制及高强度结构钢的真空热处理工艺试验,特别是在硝盐介质中真空淬火摸索了一些经验,取得了较好的效果。
I. Introduction Multi-purpose vacuum quenching (oil, gas, nitrate) electric furnace is to develop large-scale aviation structural components with vacuum heat treatment simulation test device. The current aircraft landing gear technology, parts surface oxidation, decarburization, large amount of processing, low fatigue strength, short life expectancy. In particular, some holes cleaning difficulties, easily blocked by oxide skin. To this end set up a vacuum heat treatment research group to solve large parts of the vacuum quenching and tempering process. In the past two years, we have carried out the development of vacuum furnace and the vacuum heat treatment process of high-strength structural steel. In particular, we have explored some experiences in vacuum quenching in nitrate salt medium and achieved good results.
