近年来,在工业建筑中,中小型厂房所占的比重相对增多,出现了各种结构合理、形式新颖、施工简便、经济实用的建筑形式,V型折板建筑体系就是其中之一。这种折板既可用于屋盖结构,又可用作竖向承重墙板,已形成一种适合我国地方资源和施工特点的建筑体系。目前,V型折板已逐步由单一的构配件定型发展到建筑体系成套定型的新阶段。建筑体系首先要在统一建筑参数的前提下,满足标准化、系列化、通用化和多样化的要求。建筑体系和标准化的内容很多,牵涉面很广,既要满足建筑工业化生产的需要,又要在功能上适应多种工业使用的要求,要进一步寻求新的建筑形式,探索通风、采光、隔热、保温措施,要以有限的定型构件组成尽可能多的建筑方案。 V型折板建筑体系有其一定的优点和适用范围。要有全国通用体系,也要有地区性通用体系。作为地区性通用体系,应根据本地区自然条件、地方材料、建设规划和施工能力等特点,把结构类型、工艺要求、机具选择等紧密地结合起来,统一安排,配套发展。这是发展建筑工业化的有效途径。

As a regional general-purpose system, according to the characteristics of natural conditions in the region, local materials, construction planning and construction capabilities, the types of structures, process requirements, and machine selection must be closely combined, unified arrangements and supporting development. This is an effective way to develop the industrialization of buildings.
