目的了解成都市县级疾控中心的人力资源现况,并验证其与疾控工作效果的相关性。方法收集成都市19家县级疾控中心人员数量、职称、学历构成等基本情况。利用卫生部《疾病预防控制工作绩效评估标准》对疾控工作效果进行评分。结果成都市每万人口疾病控制人员为1.08人/万人,其中本科以上学历占28.73%,中级职称以上占29.38%,人力资源综合指数平均为5.53,人力资源综合水平是影响疾控机构工作效果的重要因素。结论建议各级部门将疾控人力资源建设列为目标任务,完善人力资源引进优惠政策,制订合理的人才培养计划。
Objective To understand the current situation of human resources in CDC in Chengdu and to verify its relevance to the effectiveness of CDC. Methods A total of 19 county-level CDC personnel in Chengdu were collected, including titles, qualifications and academic qualifications. Use the Ministry of Health “disease prevention and control performance evaluation standards” for disease control work scoring. Results There were 1.08 persons / million disease control staff in every 10,000 population in Chengdu. Among them, 28.73% had bachelor degree or above, 29.38% above intermediate grade and 5.53 average human resource index. The comprehensive level of human resources affected the work of CDC The important factor. Conclusion It is suggested that departments at all levels should target disease and control human resources construction, improve preferential policies for human resources and formulate reasonable plans for training qualified personnel.
