近年来,我国b2b,b2c,c2c电子商务发展势头迅猛,商品年成交量、年成交额逐年攀升。为电子商务配套的物流服务,同期进入了高速发展期。物流服务存在的诸多问题导致其并不能完全满足日趋庞大的电子商务业务。物流服务的质量对电子商务客户满意度产生影响,导致客户对电子商务服务产生不同的评价。为提高电子商务客户满意度,促进电子商务业务发展,本文从如何提高物流服务质量方面进行广泛而深入的分析,总结出相应的措施与方法,为提高物流服务质量提供建议和帮助。
In recent years, China’s b2b, b2c, c2c rapid development of e-commerce, commodity turnover, the annual turnover has risen year by year. E-commerce supporting logistics services, over the same period entered a period of rapid development. Many problems of logistics service cause it can not fully meet the increasingly large e-commerce business. The quality of logistics services has an impact on e-commerce customer satisfaction, resulting in different evaluations of e-commerce services by customers. In order to improve the customer satisfaction of e-commerce and promote the development of e-commerce business, this paper analyzes from a broad and in-depth perspective on how to improve the quality of logistics service and sums up the corresponding measures and methods to provide suggestions and help to improve the quality of logistics service.
