用 Tween-80保护共沉淀法制备了 ZrO2(Y2O3)纳米粉体、用差热分析、热重分析、X射线衍谢及透射电子显微镜等技术研究了粉体的特征,结果表明:在 700℃ 煅烧0.5h后ZrO2(Y2O3)粉体的平均粒径为3~9nm,比表面为 128.5~134.5m2g-1,在 1250℃煅烧 8 h后 ZrO2(Y2O3)粉体已完全形成了立方相的ZrO2固溶体,并且有非常好的烧结性能。
ZrO2 (Y2O3) nanopowders were prepared by coprecipitation with Tween-80. The characteristics of the powders were investigated by DTA, TG, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that at 700 ℃ After 0.5h calcination, the average particle size of ZrO2 (Y2O3) powder is 3 ~ 9nm and the specific surface is 128.5 ~ 134.5m2g-1. After calcined at 1250 ℃ for 8 h, the ZrO2 (Y2O3) The cubic phase of ZrO2 solid solution, and has very good sintering properties.
