以兰海高速马林隧道工程穿越不整合接触带段为背景,采用数值模拟手段,对比分析不同的导洞开挖顺序、掌子面间距及循环进尺对围岩变形的影响,结果表明,选用合适的开挖顺序可以明显减小围岩变形量,而缩短掌子面间距与减小循环进尺的措施对提升围岩变形控制效果不明显。综合研究成果,确定了马林隧道穿越不整合接触带段的施工优化方案,研究成果可为类似工程提供设计依据与借鉴。
Taking the Lanhai Expressway Malin Tunnel project crossing the unconformity contact zone as a background, the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the influence of different tunneling sequences, face spacing and cycle footage on the deformation of surrounding rock. The results show that the suitable selection of suitable The excavation sequence can obviously reduce the deformation of surrounding rock, and the measures to shorten the distance between the face of the face and reduce the cycle footage are not obvious to improve the deformation control of the surrounding rock. Based on the comprehensive research results, the construction optimization plan of Malin Tunnel crossing the unconformity contact zone is determined. The research results can provide the design basis and reference for similar projects.
