在以往的教学中,学生对于国际法的掌握和运用程度并不理想,原因在于国际法相关案例的非生活化。较民法、刑法、经济法等学科,国际法在学生的日常生活中并不常见,通常涉及国际法专业知识的案件都是一些大型的、跨国的案件。“3D”课堂教学模式在国际法的日常授课中,频繁并深入地让学生了解案例,通过讨论、对话和辩论的方式,深入剖析,让学生掌握案件的处理方法。
In the past teaching, the students’ mastery and application of international law were not ideal because of the non-life-style of the cases related to international law. Compared with other disciplines such as civil law, criminal law and economic law, international law is not common in the daily life of students. Cases involving professional knowledge of international law are generally large-scale and multinational cases. “3D ” classroom teaching mode In everyday teaching of international law, students are frequently and deeply acquainted with the case. Through discussions, dialogues and debates, the students’ in-depth analysis is conducted to help students master the handling of the case.
