本文以市场营销里的客户关系管理理论为依据,结合大连大信船务公司的客户关系现状,以及分析了目前国内外航运市场的发展现况,梳理大连大信船务公司现存在的问题,建议公司专业培训,将客户关系管理融入到公司文化,建立相关规定支持客户关系管理系统的使用,公司业务重组,安排专人负责维护客户关系管理系统等等。
Based on the theory of customer relationship management in marketing and the present situation of customer relationship in Dalian Daxin Shipping Company and the current development of shipping market both at home and abroad, this paper combs the existing problems of Dalian Daxin Shipping Company, It is suggested that the company professional training, customer relationship management into the corporate culture, the establishment of relevant provisions to support the use of customer relationship management system, the company business restructuring, arranging someone responsible for maintaining customer relationship management systems and so on.
