最近四川省公路运输工会召开了一届二次执委(扩大)会议,到会的筑路、养路、汽车运输系统的代表,向全省公路运输部门的全体职工提出了筑路、养路、汽车运输协作倡议书。倡议书全文如下: 为了切实贯彻执行党中央提出的鼓足干劲、力争上游、多快好省地建设社会主义的总路线,适应工农业生产大发展,我们筑路、养路、汽车运输的代表提出:携起手来,互相支援,协作配合,共同跃进;加速实现单车年产30万,成本降低33％;和汽车列车化,筑路、养路半机械化、机械化渡口桥梁化的任务。在以广泛深入开展技术革新为中心的安全、节约、20—50万公里无大修的竟赛中,共同实现这一光荣任务。特提出协作倡议。保证条件如下:
