为了培养和造就跨世纪的法学专门人才,创造青年法学工作者脱颖而出,迅速成长的客观环境,加强法学研究队伍的建设,进一步繁荣贵州法学研究事业,本会决定对按照年龄在四十岁以下、德才兼备、实绩显著、群众公认等基本条件,本着客观公正的原则,采取无记名投票方式,评选出来的十名“贵州省优秀青年法学工作者”和六名贵州省优秀青年法学工作者提名奖获得者进行表彰。
