一票引来万家春,神州无处不飞彩。2007年7月27日,民政部在人民大会堂举行中国福利彩票发行20周年纪念会。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理回良玉指出,福利彩票的发展,为我国社会福利事业和公益事业作出了重要贡献;回良玉要求,在中国福利彩票诞生20周年之际,要认真回顾总结,不断完善机制,切实加强监管,以确保安全运行、健康发展。全国人大常委会副委员长司马义·艾买提、全国政协副主席王忠禹出席会议。民政部部长李学举在纪念会上发表了重要讲话。民政部副部长李立国在纪念会上介绍了20年来福利彩票的发展历程和所取得的成果。20年来,中国福利彩票事业由小到大、由弱到强,走出了一条具有中国特色的福利彩票发展之路。福利彩票发行能力,由创始初期1740万元,增长到2006年的近500亿元,今年可望突破600亿元。
