依据淮北相山的土壤类型、地形、植被等特点,选择3种不同的样地对其中的土壤甲螨的多样性进行了调查.调查共获得甲螨标本1 185头,隶属于21个科,27个属.全区的优势属为小奥甲螨属Oppiella、木单翼甲螨属Xylo-bates、窝甲螨属Fosseremus.全区的多样性Shannon-Wiener指数为2.687,均匀度Pielou指数为0.815,优势度Simp-son指数为0.090.3种采样点中,样地Ⅱ的多样性指数高,而样地Ⅲ的均匀度指数和优势度指数最高.
Based on the characteristics of the soil types, topography and vegetation in Xiangshan Mountain of Huaibei, three kinds of soil samples were selected to investigate the diversity of soil Oribatid mites among them, and 1 185 heads of Oribatid mites were obtained, belonging to 21 families, 27 genera.The advantage of the region belongs to Oppiella, Xylo-bates and Fosseremus, and the Shannon-Wiener index of diversity in the whole area is 2.687, the evenness Pielou index is 0.815. The Simpson index of dominant degree was 0.090. Among the three sampling points, the diversity index of plot II was high, and the evenness index and dominance index of plot III were the highest.
