随着经济的迅速发展,现代科学技术的不断进步,图书馆的服务功能逐渐被重视起来,与此同时,人们对图书馆的管理水平和人员素质也提出了更高的要求。图书馆人员管理水平的高低是图书馆事业发展的关键,充分调动他们的主动性和积极性是图书馆管理的重点之一。文章引入管理心理学分析图书馆人员的心理压力问题,帮助管理者寻找对策,激励图书馆人员充分发挥主观能动性,为社会、教学科研提供优质的服务。
With the rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of modern science and technology, the service functions of libraries are gradually being taken seriously. At the same time, people also put higher demands on the management level and quality of libraries. The level of library staff management is the key to the development of the library, fully mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm is one of the focus of library management. This article introduces management psychology to analyze the psychological pressure of library staff, helps managers to find countermeasures and inspires library staff to give full play to their subjective initiative and provide excellent services to society, teaching and research.
