The thermal vacuum test equipment for electronic devices has been drafted and has been designed and manufactured. It can be used to perform its tasks - thermal vacuum qualification and acceptance testing of electronic devices. All performance requirements and detailed design parameters are carefully evaluated for cost effectiveness, resulting in low cost (purchase, operation and maintenance), ease of operation, easy maintenance and advanced optional design goals. Cost savings come primarily from a detailed analysis of thermal vacuum requirements and finding low-cost alternatives to conventional heat shields and hotplates. The hot plate is thermally controlled by circulating liquid and the temperature of the liquid is adjusted by industrial heating and cooling devices. High vacuum pumps include a diffusion pump with a reflux container.
