针对原位合成TiB2/Al-Si-Mg-Cu复合材料,应用Gleeble-3500热模拟机进行等温压缩试验,研究其在变形温度300~500℃和应变速率10-3~10s-1的热变形行为。结果表明:该复合材料在高温压缩时均存在稳态流变特征,且属于正应变速率敏感材料;在同一变形温度下,应变速率越高,其流变应力越大;在同一应变速率下,变形温度越低,其流变应力越大。
In-situ synthesis of TiB2 / Al-Si-Mg-Cu composites was carried out by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator to study the isothermal compression tests. The thermal deformation at 300 ~ 500 ℃ and strain rate 10-3 ~ 10s-1 behavior. The results show that the composite material has steady-state rheological characteristics at high temperature and belongs to the positive strain rate sensitive material. At the same deformation temperature, the higher the strain rate, the greater the flow stress. At the same strain rate, The lower the deformation temperature, the greater the flow stress.
