目的:评价乳状造影剂在肝脏CT增强扫描的应用效果。方法:给正常大白鼠及肝癌大白鼠注射乳状造影剂后行CT扫描,并做泛影葡胺增强对比。结果:注射乳状造影剂后,正常肝脏CT值增加45HU肝内肿瘤CT值仅增加1.2HU。乳剂增强CT可检出0.5cm大小的肿瘤。病理结果显示:乳剂颗粒被肿瘤周围肝组织的Kupfer细胞和肝细胞吞噬。肿瘤组织中没有乳剂颗粒。结论:乳状造影剂对正常肝脏有明显的增强效果。肝内肿瘤组织不增强,使肝脏和肝内肿瘤对比度增加,使小肝癌的检出率增加。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of contrast-enhanced milk-like contrast agents on enhanced liver CT scans. METHODS: Normal rats and liver cancer mice were injected with a contrast agent in the form of a milky contrast agent and CT scans were performed and compared with diatrizoate meglumine. RESULTS: After injection of the emulsion contrast medium, the CT value of the normal liver increased by 45HU. The CT value of the intrahepatic tumor increased by only 1.2 HU. Emulsion-enhanced CT can detect tumors 0.5 cm in size. Pathological results showed that the emulsion particles were phagocytosed by Kupfer cells and hepatocytes in the liver tissue around the tumor. There are no emulsion particles in the tumor tissue. Conclusion: Emulsion contrast agent has obvious enhancement effect on normal liver. Intrahepatic tumor tissue does not increase, so that the liver and intrahepatic tumor contrast increases, so that the detection rate of small hepatocellular carcinoma increases.
