一、背景与目标当今,我国正处在改革的攻坚阶段和发展的关键时期,社会正在经历飞速发展和深刻变化。上海是我国改革开放的前沿城市,开放的环境、多元的信息对中学生的成长构成了双重影响。既能促使他们自主发展、形成独立人格,增强中学生的主体意识和竞争意识;也导致他们的历史方位感迷失、价值错位,许多中学生的价值取向存在着讲求“实用”、讲求回报的功利化倾向。同时我们还必须看到,大众传媒的迅速发展正对中学生的行为规范、生活态度和价值观念产生相当大的影响。这些都向学校德育提出了严峻挑战。我校在深入分析学生成长环境、研究学生成长需要的基础上,从学生和学校的实际出发,利用优秀的媒体资源,设计开展了主题为“我以大师为伴,大师教我做人”的教育活动,组织、指导学生观看纪录片《大师》,参与
