当业绩考核仅仅是挂在墙上的图表和数据的时候,离把它撤下来也就不远了。对员工的业绩考核只有和企业的战略目标结合才有意义。在群雄逐鹿的热播剧《三国》里,英明的领袖不仅是自己在关键时刻能够决断,更重要的是赏罚分明,懂得用人。对于一个企业领导者来说,根据业绩考核来激励员工是最常用和最被认同的方式。但是业绩考核并不是万能的,前段时间,珠三角地区的一家大型企业领导和笔者讲起了他的困惑。
When the performance appraisal is only the charts and data hanging on the wall, it is not far from withdrawing it. It is only meaningful to combine employee performance assessment with the company’s strategic goals. In the hit TV series “Three Kingdoms”, the wise leaders are not only able to make decisions at critical moments, but more importantly, rewarding and punishing and knowing how to use people. For a business leader, motivating employees based on performance assessment is the most commonly used and recognized method. However, performance appraisal is not a panacea. Some time ago, a large-scale enterprise leader in the Pearl River Delta Region and the author talked about his confusion.
