生姜虽然在重庆市蔬菜产量中所占比例不大(2013年占蔬菜总产量的1%),但生姜是一种不可缺少的佐料原料,也是重庆市一种季节性大宗蔬菜。2013年5月,山东姜农使用“神农丹”种植生姜事件曝光后,引发公众强烈关注。6月以来,全国生姜价格一路看涨,至今仍保持高位运行。那么,重庆市生姜产量如何?价格如何?是否存在滞销或短缺?成为政府和市民很关心的事。为了搞清重庆市生姜产销情况,重庆市农业信息中心开展了专题调研。
Although ginger accounts for a small proportion of vegetable production in Chongqing (accounting for 1% of total vegetable output in 2013), ginger is an indispensable raw material for seasonings and a seasonal bulk of vegetables in Chongqing. May 2013, Shandong ginger farmers use “Shennongdan” after the ginger incident was planted, triggering public concern. Since June, the price of ginger in the country has been bullish and still remains at high level. So, what is the output of ginger in Chongqing? How about the price? Are there any unsalable or shortages? It has become a concern for the government and citizens. In order to find out the situation of Chongqing ginger production and marketing, Chongqing Agricultural Information Center conducted a special survey.
