Free Internet access sounds so beautiful that some people doubt its authenticity. So far, the answer seems to be: Perhaps, this is unfortunate for consumers. Last year’s reckless move by ISPs that lacked experience in the field - providing customers with free access in exchange for receiving advertising messages - has led to its failure. But NetZero, a firstborn calf, turned a blind eye to the risks and released a free Internet access service late last month.
