为进一步完善烟草漂浮育苗方法,采用自主研发的新型通气苗盘进行了烟草漂浮育苗试验,并以普通苗盘为对照,研究了新型通气苗盘对烟苗出苗率、植物学性状以及保护酶和硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明:新型通气苗盘培育的烟苗较对照烟苗的成苗周期缩短5 d,出苗率提高3.67%;烟苗的叶片大小、根系发育及综合长势均优于对照且存在显著差异;根系活力在播种后35、45和55 d较对照分别提高了14.26%、20.45%和19.31%;叶绿素含量(质量分数),过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和硝酸还原酶等酶活性也均有显著提高。因此,新型通气苗盘有明显促苗壮苗的效果。
