目的对深圳市某汽车4S店钣喷车间化学毒物职业危害进行风险评估,为汽车4S店职业病危害关键控制点的风险管控提供依据。方法调查某汽车4S店钣喷车间的职业卫生现状和主要化学毒物种类,采用新加坡有害化学物质职业暴露半定量风险评估方法进行风险评估。结果该汽车4S店钣喷车间化学毒物中的锰及其无机化合物、臭氧、一氧化碳、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇和环己酮为低风险水平,二氧化氮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯为中等风险水平。结论该汽车4S店钣喷车间在目前的作业条件下,所存在的化学毒物可能对劳动者身体健康产生不良影响,应根据其不同风险水平采取不同的控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the risk of occupational hazards of chemical poison in the sheet-metal workshop of 4S shop of a certain automobile in Shenzhen, and provide the basis for the risk control of key control points of occupational hazards in automobile 4S shop. Methods To investigate occupational health status and major chemical poisons in a car shop of 4S shop in a certain automobile and carry out risk assessment by using semi-quantitative risk assessment of occupational exposure to hazardous chemical substances in Singapore. Results The car 4S shop spray shop chemical toxicants manganese and its inorganic compounds, ozone, carbon monoxide, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol and cyclohexanone at low risk levels of nitrogen dioxide, benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene For medium risk level. Conclusion Under the current working conditions, the chemical poison existing in the automobile 4S shop sheet-metal spraying workshop may adversely affect the health of laborers. Different control measures should be taken according to their different risk levels.
