对健康雄性大鼠力竭性游泳前后股四头肌深层肌蛋白质、DNA、总RNA、肌动蛋白(DNaseⅠ抑制法)和α-肌动蛋白mRNA(地高辛标记探针,Northern杂交)含量的动态观察显示:肌肉蛋白质含量游后6~12h明显升高;总RNA含量游后即刻明显下降,12h后回升到安静时水平;游泳后F-肌动蛋白升高的趋势不明显,G-肌动蛋白下降,12h后回升,T-肌动蛋白表现出游后逐步下降,12h后出现上升的趋势;α-肌动蛋白mRNA的表达游后即刻略增高,6h达最高,12h基本回降到安静时水平。这些变化显示了游泳运动后,大鼠骨骼肌肌动蛋白及其基因表达,以及蛋白质、DNA和总RNA代谢的特点。
