目的:探讨内毒素(ET)性发热家兔脑腹中隔区(VSA)和血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化及清毒退热煮散剂(QDP)的治疗作用。方法:建立家兔ET性发热模型。灌胃,观察QDP对家兔体温的影响,用放射免疫分析法检测VSA和血浆中AVP含量的变化。结果:QDP能明显抑制ET引起的体温升高(P< 0.01),同时伴有VSA和血浆AVP含量明显增加(P< 0.01),但对正常体温无影响(P> 0.05)。结论:QDP的解热作用可能与VSA和血浆AVP含量增加有关;发热时中枢神经不但存在正调节途径,也存在负调节途径,体温上升的水平是正负调节相互作用的结果;QDP对ET性发热有治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of intracerebroventricular septal area (VSA) and plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels in rabbits with endotoxin (ET)-induced fever and the therapeutic effects of Qingre Qufeng Shure Powder (QDP). Methods: Rabbit ET fever model was established. Gavage was performed to observe the effect of QDP on the body temperature of rabbits, and the changes of AVP content in VSA and plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: QDP significantly inhibited the increase in body temperature induced by ET (P < 0.01), while the VSA and plasma AVP content increased significantly (P <0.01), but had no effect on normothermia (P> 0.05). ). Conclusion: The antipyretic effect of QDP may be related to the increase of VSA and plasma AVP content; there is not only a positive regulation pathway but also a negative regulation pathway in central nervous system during fever. The increase in body temperature is the result of positive and negative regulatory interactions; Fever has a healing effect.
