目的 了解大鼠种植型肝癌电化学治疗 (EChT)后细胞免疫功能状态的改变。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测荷瘤大鼠治疗前后T细胞表面抗原 (CD3 、CD4、CD8)及应用免疫试剂盒检测外周血IL 2表达水平的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 荷瘤大鼠治疗前CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 、CD4+ /CD8+ 、外周血IL 2表达水平均低于对照组。电化学治疗后CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 、CD4+ /CD8+ 均有所回升 ,外周血IL 2水平回升。结论 荷瘤大鼠存在免疫功能低下 ,电化学治疗可纠正免疫紊乱 ,提高大鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the changes of cellular immune function in rat hepatocellular carcinoma after electrochemical treatment (EChT). Methods The changes of T cell surface antigen (CD3, CD4, CD8) and the detection of IL2 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) before and after treatment, and compared with the control group. Results The expression levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, and peripheral blood IL2 in tumor-bearing rats before treatment were lower than those in the control group. After electrochemical treatment, the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + all increased and the level of IL2 in peripheral blood rose. Conclusion The tumor-bearing rats have low immune function. Electrochemical treatment can correct the immune disorder and improve the immune function in rats.
