On October 7, 2008, the Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences announced that half of the 2008 Nobel Prize in physics was awarded to the south of the University of Chicago, Yangichiro, in recognition of the mechanism by which he discovered spontaneous symmetry in subatomic physics. The other half was shared by Kobayashi Makoto of Japan’s High Energy Accelerator Research Institute and Yoshikawa Eikawa of Kyoto University in recognition of the discovery of the origin of symmetry breaking and predicted the presence of at least three quark families in nature. This will be explained in detail, so that the students can understand the relevant physical knowledge in depth.
