中学生的学校归属感能促进学生与学校良性互动,在学校专心努力学习,与同学、教师建立良好关系;有利于教师轻松教育引导学生发展。运用周记叙事法对55名初一学生进行学校归属感调查发现:自我概念在中学生学校归属感形成中起着内部导向作用;与同学、教师的关系是影响中学生学校归属感形成的重要人际要素;良好的班集体以团体接纳的形式对学生的学校归属感有明显影响。
Secondary school students ’sense of belonging can promote positive interaction between students and school, concentrate on studying in school, establish good relationship with classmates and teachers, and help teachers to educate and guide students’ development with ease. A survey of 55 first-year students using the Weekly Narrative Method found that self-concept plays an internal guiding role in the formation of a sense of belonging among secondary school students. The relationship with students and teachers is an important interpersonal element that affects the sense of belonging of secondary school students. Good class groups have a clear influence on students’ sense of belonging in the form of group acceptance.
