对30例陈旧性心梗(OMI)病人和22例正常人进行了核素心血池显像及时相分析,并与99mTc—MIBI心肌显像进行比较。结果表明:OMI组心室相角程异常增宽,左室射血分数明显降低,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。时相图显示的心室异常区与心肌显像所示的放射性缺损区符合卒为92.6%,时相图所示的异常范围大于后者。提示:时相分析不仅能反映心室功能及收缩时相的变化,而且在梗塞区及邻近缺血区定位诊断中有一定的应用价值。
Radionuclide imaging and time-phase analysis of 30 patients with old myocardial infarction (OMI) and 22 normal controls were performed and compared with 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial imaging. The results showed that the ventricular phase angle range was widened and the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly decreased in OMI group compared with the normal control group (P <0.01). The phase diagram shows abnormal ventricular area and myocardial imaging showed the radioactive defect area in line with the death of 92.6%, the phase diagram shows the range of abnormalities than the latter. Hint: The phase analysis can not only reflect the changes of ventricular function and systolic phase, but also have certain value in the diagnosis of the infarction area and its adjacent ischemic area.
