由于我国事业单位数量众多、性质不一,实行绩效管理涉及人员多,情况错综复杂,绩效管理实施起来难度非常大,稍有偏差,就会陷入图形式、走过场的尴尬境地。本着实事求是的态度,遵循事业单位发展的一般规律,认真研究本单位的实际情况和特点,就能够找到符合本单位实际的绩效管理办法。
Due to the large number and different nature of the institutions in our country, there are many personnel involved in performance management and the situation is complicated. Performance management is very difficult to implement and a little deviation, so it will fall into a graphical and embarrassing situation. In the attitude of seeking truth from facts and in accordance with the general laws governing the development of public institutions, and by earnestly studying the actual conditions and characteristics of our own units, we can find out the actual performance management measures that conform to our own units.
