利用CMT4104电子万能试验机研究了变形参数对TC21合金板材超塑性及组织演变的影响。结果表明,在所设定的试验区间内,TC21合金均可获得良好超塑性,最大伸长率可达964%;变形温度对TC21合金板材的超塑性影响显著,其主要与等轴α相含量密切相关;低应变速率和大的变形量都使TC21合金板材的再结晶晶粒粗化,晶粒长大过程主要与变形有关。
The influence of deformation parameters on the superplasticity and microstructure evolution of TC21 alloy sheet was studied by CMT4104 electronic universal testing machine. The results show that TC21 alloy can obtain good superplasticity within the set test range, the maximum elongation up to 964%; deformation temperature TC21 alloy sheet superplasticity significant effect, which is mainly associated with the equiaxed alpha content Closely related; low strain rate and large deformation of the TC21 alloy sheet are recrystallized grain coarsening, grain growth process is mainly related to deformation.
