耐火材料是冶金、水泥、陶瓷及玻璃等工业的重要筑炉材料。耐火材料的好坏不仅关系窑炉设备的寿命,并且对这些工业部门生产的产品质量有很大影响。从1958年以来,各地建筑材料企业克服了技术上和物质上的困难,积极组织生产耐火材料,不仅支援了钢铁工业,而且满足了建筑材料工业本身生产和建设的需要。但是,目前耐火材料的质量还不够好,应采取措施迅速改进。(一)耐火材料的质量好坏,可以从耐火度、荷重软化温度、常温耐压强度、残余线收缩和气孔率等主要指标进行鉴定,影响这些指标的因素很多,下面作简略说明。
Refractory materials are important building materials for industries such as metallurgy, cement, ceramics and glass. The quality of refractories not only relates to the life of kiln equipment, but also has a great influence on the quality of products produced by these industrial sectors. Since 1958, construction material companies across the country have overcome technical and material difficulties and actively organized the production of refractory materials. This has not only supported the steel industry, but also satisfied the needs of the building materials industry itself for production and construction. However, the quality of refractory materials at present is not good enough and measures should be taken to improve them quickly. (1) The quality of refractory materials can be identified from the main indexes such as refractoriness, load softening temperature, compressive strength at normal temperature, residual line shrinkage and porosity, and there are many factors affecting these indicators. The following is a brief explanation.
