山东省济宁市地处南四湖平原地区,有包括梁济运河和泗河在内的众多的汇入南四湖的河流,河道比降小。而前几年河道淤塞设障严重,洪涝灾害威胁着湖区人民的生命财产安全,尤其是河道入湖口关系到整个河流的行洪安全。从1984年以来,济宁市着手抓了清除以梁济运河和泗河为重点的河道清障工作。共清除阻水树木10421亩,占应清面积的88.3％;清除芦苇1000亩,占应清面积的53.8％;河道堤防上所建的440座砖瓦窑已全部取缔。恢复和提高了河道的行洪能力,成为山东省河道清障工作的先进单位。在清障工作中,领导亲自抓,深入现场研
Jining City, Shandong Province is located in the Nansi Lake plain area, including the Liangji Canal and the Si River, a large number of rivers into the Nansi Lake, the river is smaller.
