从1976至1983年3月本未成熟儿中心,共收治超未成熟儿145例(<500g者除外)。成活出院的54例(37.2%)。其中9例只追踪到学龄前,余45例追踪到学龄期(小学1年～中学1年)。妊娠周数为24～34周,出生体重为680～995g,其中约900g者25例,约800g者14例,<800g的6例,小于胎龄(SFD)儿5例。男15例、女30例。 1.学龄期:(1)神经系统,45例中7例在日常生活中有较大的障碍。其中大脑性瘫痪(CP)1例,精神发育迟缓(MR)2例,大脑性瘫痪合并
