现阶段,在高中思想政治教材中,存在着大量的涉及法律内容的课程资源(下文简称“法理资源”)。高中思想政治教师如何结合教学的相关法学内容,帮助学生形成一定的法律意识,成为高中思想政治教学的重点内容之一。思想政治教师应根据“法理资源”特征、形式及内容方面入手,引导学生积极的进行学习。本文将简要分析,高中思想政治教材中的“法理资源”及其启示方面的内容,旨在更好地促进学生对思想政治教材中的“法理资源”相关知识点的理解。
At this stage, there are a large number of curriculum resources (hereinafter referred to as “legal resources”) in the ideological and political textbooks for senior high schools. How high school ideological and political teachers combine the relevant law content of teaching to help students form a certain sense of law has become one of the key contents of high school ideological and political teaching. Ideological and political teachers should be based on “legal resources ” characteristics, form and content, to guide students to actively carry out learning. This article will briefly analyze the content of “Legal Resources” and its enlightenment in high school ideological and political textbooks so as to better promote the students’ understanding of the relevant knowledge of “Legal Resources” in the ideological and political textbooks.
