目的探讨纤维桩在牙体损伤修复中的应用。方法 55例(90颗)牙体缺损患牙经根管治疗后,存根管内粘接玻璃纤维复合树脂预成根管桩,使用Para Core桩核树脂恢复缺损的牙体。后制作全瓷冠或金属烤瓷全冠。结果除1颗下颌侧切牙冠折外,其余89颗患牙恢复缺损牙体的解剖形态和功能。结论纤维桩结合树脂核已成为残根、残冠保存修复的新趋势。
Objective To investigate the application of fiber posts in the restoration of tooth injuries. Methods 55 cases (90 teeth) of dental implants were treated with endodontic treatment. Staple fibers were bonded with prefabricated glass fiber reinforced plastic post, and Para Core resin was used to restore the damaged tooth. After making all-ceramic crown or metal porcelain crown. Results In addition to one mandibular incisor crest, the remaining 89 teeth restored the defect anatomy and function of the tooth. Conclusion The fiber post combined with the resin core has become a new trend in the preservation and repair of residual roots and residual crowns.
