当今世界大型水电机组推力轴承推力瓦的最大平均压力约为4MPa,而三峡则高达6.6MPa,在推力负荷方面,三峡约6000t,也是世界上史无前例的。因此,必须经过反复的模型试验和仿真模拟试验,才能确保运行可靠性。哈大电机所经历5年时间完成了三峡机组推力轴承模型试验,结果表明完全能够满足要求,从而为实现三峡机组国产化创造有利条件。
In today’s world, the maximum average pressure of thrust bearing thrust of large hydropower units is about 4MPa, while that of the Three Gorges is as high as 6.6MPa. In terms of thrust loading, the Three Gorges is about 6000t, which is unprecedented in the world. Therefore, it must go through repeated model tests and simulation tests in order to ensure operational reliability. Harbin Electric made five years to complete the Three Gorges turbine thrust bearing model tests, the results show that fully meet the requirements, so as to achieve the Three Gorges units to create favorable conditions.
