为了探讨脑缺血后血小板活化因子(platelet-activatingfactor,PAF)含量的变化,采用沙土鼠单侧脑缺血和大鼠局部脑缺血模型,用薄层层析(TLC)结合生物法测定了缺血后脑组织PAF的含量结果:(1)沙土鼠右侧颈总动脉结扎3h再灌2h,右侧大脑组织PAF含量较左侧明显升高,分别为(440±090)和(130±042)pg/g(P<005);(2)大鼠左侧大脑中动脉(MCA)凝闭后48h,左侧大脑组织PAF含量右侧亦明显升高,分别为(574±074)和(076±024)pg/g(P<005)据此分析了PAF在脑缺血继发神经元损伤发病机制中的可能作用
