利用作者设计的反压试验装置和MF激光散射测粒仪,在0.1~0.6MPa反压条件下,测量了不同工况液雾的索太尔平均直径SMD等雾化特性参数,并对试验数据进行最小二乘拟合,得到了影响雾化特性相关参数的经验公式,对同轴式喷嘴的设计将有一定的指导意义。
Using the anti-pressure test device designed by the author and MF laser light scattering particle analyzer, the Soyear mean diameter SMD and other atomization parameters of the liquid mist under different conditions were measured under the pressure of 0.1 ~ 0.6MPa. The least square fitting test data, get the empirical formula of the parameters related to the atomization characteristics of coaxial nozzle design will have some significance.
